Held each month, this contemplative practice invites reflection on the rhythmic interplay between the sun, moon, and earth, offering a unique opportunity to consider motion and stillness in relationship with our closest celestial neighbors. Each session begins with a brief discussion, followed by walking meditation, silent meditation, and closing reflections, led by Contemplative Arts Fellow Isha Strasser
